You can access and manage all open invoices in your user account.

For first-time login, please have your invoice and account number ready. You will be asked to create a user account with a password. In the future, you will be able to log in with your password and e-mail address.

If your invoice contains an error, you can complain about it. If the order concerns a specific store (e.g. regarding a return), please contact the store directly. They will then contact us.

When ordering, you can choose whether you would like to receive the invoice by e-mail or by post. However, this can be changed at any time afterwards. A fee of CHF 2.90 is charged for invoicing and sending by post.

You can conveniently pay your online orders via CrowdPay by invoice. Choose the option "pay by invoice" in one of our partner’s online store, and you will receive your monthly invoice at the beginning of the following month, which you can pay in one amount or in instalments.

Useful information about your account

CrowdPay is a Swiss payment provider for purchases by invoice with instalment option.

When selecting the payment method, select the option "pay by invoice" and follow the instructions. After completing your order, you will receive an invoice from CrowdPay the following month, as preferred by e-mail or by post.

After ordering, you will receive your monthly invoice at the beginning of the following month, as preferred either by e-mail or by post.

If you would like to pay your invoice in instalments, please transfer the desired partial amount (but at least 10%). You will then receive a monthly invoice with an overview of the outstanding sum, which can then be paid in full or in instalments. For regulatory reasons, however, we are obliged to obtain some additional information from you after a few months.

The minimum amount for partial payment is 10% of the total outstanding amount. The minimum amount is always stated on the invoice.

The monthly invoices are payable within 14 days. Please take the exact and binding payment deadline from the invoice.

You can complain about your invoice here. If the order concerns a specific store (e.g. regarding a return), please contact the store directly. He will then contact us. If you have any complaints about the invoice or instalment payment, we will check your request as soon as possible and initiate any necessary corrections.

Pay your online order simply and securely by invoice at all CrowdPay partners

Once the seller has confirmed the return/cancellation, the amount is automatically credited in the following monthly invoice.

If an invoice is not paid in time, you will first receive a free payment reminder by e-mail. If there is no payment in due time, a chargeable reminder will be sent by post. CrowdPay charges the following costs:

In addition, late payment will be charged with default interest, which is invoiced in the following monthly invoice.
